In this fools' tale, six brothers go fishing. Their mother warns them about the alligator in the river. They catch a bucketful of fish then, while going home, one brother decides to count everyone to check no one was lost to the alligator. He forgets to count himself so they think they have lost a brother. A passerby asks them why they are crying and explains the problem. They are so happy to have found their lost brother that they give the passerby all their fish as thanks.
